A non refundable deposit is required to book an appointment & goes toward your service. If for any reason you need to cancel, The deposit will only valid be valid for the scheduled date and time. If you have a scheduled appointment and want to reschedule or see a last minute cancellation post, the deposit is not transferable to a rescheduled date. A new deposit will be required for rebooking. 2 consecutive cancellations or no show for any reason will require a nonrefundable 50% payment of the full canceled service in order to rebook. If you are 10 minutes late or longer, your appointment may need to be rescheduled with a new deposit. Spaces are limited unfortunately — no children or extra guests please. Once a service is rendered, there are no refunds. Extension deposits are not refundable.
