Cancellation Policy

BOOKING, RESCHEDULING, and DEPOSITS A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book an appointment and goes towards your service. The deposit is only valid for the scheduled date and time. If you want to reschedule to a new spot, the deposit is not transferable to the rescheduled date and time. A new deposit is required to book that spot. After 2 consecutive cancellations, a 50% payment of the full canceled service is required in order to rebook. No Shows lead to future appointment bans and charged 50% cancellation fee of the service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule the appointment for a new date with a new deposit. Clients showing signs of illness will be sent home and must rebook after minimum 10 days. As space is limited, guests are not allowed and only the client receiving services may be in the suite. For safety purposes no child may accompany you while you are being serviced. Failure to follow this policy will result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled with a new deposit. Please text me ‪209-401-8735‬ when you are here and I will come open the door for you. Payment Methods: Cash, Zelle, Credit/Debit Card. I take pride and stand by my work and my goal is make every client happy. If for some reason you are unsatisfied please contact me within 72 hours so that we can come up with a plan. Adjustments must be scheduled and received within 5 days of the original appointment and cannot be rescheduled for a later date. Adjustments are not available for color corrections, previous box dye, if the client goes to another stylist after the service or alters their hair in anyway, and/or if the client does not use authentic and professional/salon quality products at home. Hair color can only be ensured if the products are purchased in the salon. This policy does not apply to clients who have changed their mind on a service that was asked for and does not include anything other than what was discussed in the consultation. There are no refunds on services.
