• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your scheduled service. Deposits are only valid for the specific date and time booked. • If you need to reschedule or cancel, please note that deposits are not transferable to a new date. A new deposit will be required to rebook. • Two consecutive cancellations or a no-show will require a non-refundable 50% cancellation fee of the missed service before any future appointments can be scheduled. No call no shows without payment are subject to being banned from future bookings. • EXTENSION APPOINTMENTS 6+ Hours: Remaining balance is due BEFORE the appointment start time. Services will not begin without payment. If the remaining balance is not paid on the scheduled appointment day, the appointment will be forfeited and the balance must be paid in full before any future date can be booked. • **NEW Extension Deposits to order hair may be transferred one time only with at least 72 hours’ notice and must be rescheduled within 30 days, subject to availability. Cancellations, no-shows, or additional reschedules result in forfeiture of the deposit. ** • Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Out of courtesy for the client before you, early arrivals of more than 10 minutes may be asked to wait until your scheduled time. If you are 10+ minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a new deposit will be required. • No children or additional guests are permitted. • No refunds will be issued once a service has been rendered. Extension deposits are strictly non-refundable.
